Lumo is an inclusive train operator. We accept a full range of groups from international groups arriving from abroad, family & friends, sports clubs & societies to school groups & students.

Please read through our onboard luggage policy before booking with us. Standard luggage restrictions apply. If you think your group may require further space for luggage, please provide further details when completing the form or request a quote via our LumoLuggage courier service.

Please let our groups team know how many children will be travelling and whether they are aged 5 or under, between 5 and 15. This helps our team to find the most suitable fare for you.

Unfortunately, railcards cannot be applied to a group travel booking. Group travel however comes at a reduced group saver rate so you will not miss out on the best discount available.

Please book group travel by train in advance to give our team the best possible travel options for you. You can book up as soon as tickets as soon as they are on sale. Lumo train tickets are on sale up to 24 weeks in advance. If you require a booking more than 24 weeks in advance, please contact our team for more information.
