E-Tickets

Go green, go digital, go convenient with Lumo train e-tickets.

WAYS TO ACCESS YOUR E-TICKET

Tickets are available as an e-ticket in our app, LumoGo or downloadable via your booking confirmation email. As soon as you complete your purchase through the app or our website, tickets will automatically be delivered to your wallet in LumoGo. Just make sure your phone is charged and you’ve checked your ticket before joining the train – you will need your train ticket to get through the barriers at the station and our Ambassadors onboard will need to scan your train ticket when you arrive onboard the train.


VIA OUR APP

Being all-electric means we are 100% digital, you can access and download your ticket on the go with the LumoGo app. Whether you’re booking train tickets in advance with a LumoFixed ticket or reserving a seat with our latest LumoFlex ticket, our app can help do all this and more.

VIA EMAIL

Don't worry if you don't have the app on your phone (although, we think it's pretty cool if you do). You will receive an E-Ticket PDF attachment in your booking confirmation email shortly after ticket purchase. Simply download your train ticket before you travel and have it ready to scan at the station ticket barriers and by one of our Ambassadors onboard.
