Competition insights survey terms and conditions
a) These terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided on this website or otherwise by the Company at the time of entering the competition. By participating in a Lumo competition or giveaway, you fully agree and accept the Giveaway Terms and Conditions.
b) Lumo online competitions and giveaways are open to UK residents aged 18 and over only.
c) All prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
d) The Prize is valid on Lumo services only and is valid for 12 months from the date of winner notification.
e) No cash alternative will be offered for any prizes.
f) Prizes can only be delivered to a valid UK address.
g) The prize draw decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
h) Lumo reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
i) Lumo shall not be responsible for, and shall not cover nor insure any participants, entrants and winners, and third parties from and against any and all actions, claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities of whatever kind and nature relating to the prizes in any way.
j) Lumo reserves the right to request the winner to provide a written review of the Prize, if they should wish.
k) Lumo reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend The Giveaway if, in its sole judgement, The Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.
l) The Draw shall take place on the date specified during competition.
m) By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by Lumo in accordance with these terms and conditions.
