Please note: Platform 2 is the only step free platform at Shenstone station, which is used for trains towards Birmingham and onwards. Platform 1 for trains towards Lichfield City and Lichfield Trent Valley does not have step free access.

When station staff aren't available, the assistance meeting point is on the platform that your train is due to depart.
