To obtain your 20% discount code for Lumo services, please call the Ambassador Cruise Line booking number on 03330 527 907 to book your berth.  Once booked you will be given a code and you will need to purchase your train travel through the Lumo website only at https://www.lumo.co.uk/train-tickets/ticket-search-results.

Please note that we can only offer this discount on journeys on the Lumo network and you will need to purchase your ticket from London to Tilbury Town station separately. 1. The Competition

a) Booking any grade cabin to the Gaydio Pride at Sea event on 1st October 2026.

b) Winner must be 18+

c) Competition entries applicable to bookings made by 23:59 27th September 2026.

d) Winners will be selected at random and contacted via Ambassador Cruise Line reservations team on Tuesday 29th September.

e) If a winner cannot be contacted within 1 working day. Ambassador reserves the right to reallocate the prize.

 

2. The Prize

a) One winner will win the value of their cabin refunded to them.

b) Winner will be contacted directly via the Ambassador Cruise Line reservations team.

 

3. Exclusion of Liability

a) The Company shall not be responsible for, and shall not cover nor insure any participants, entrants and winners, and third parties from and against any and all actions, claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, judgements, costs, charges and expenses of whatever kind and nature relating to the prizes in any way. The prize excludes: - on board gratuities and service charges; travel joining costs to the Cruise Terminal from any nearby train station; on board expenditure of a personal nature i.e. drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, communications etc; any health certificate/visa charges that may apply. Winner and guest must be 18+ and must have used the discount code obtained from Ambassador Cruise Line.

 

 

4) General

a) By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Company in accordance with these terms and conditions.

b) The Company is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR” and Data Protection Act and will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. More details can be found in the Ambassador Cruise Line Privacy Policy.

c) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction
