Newcastle Eagles Basketball Team Score on Leg Room

Newcastle-based rail operator Lumo has partnered with Seriös Group Newcastle Eagles basketball team to help the pro players travel to their away games comfortably and sustainably.

The new partnership will see the Eagles players transported to and from a selection of their London away games providing them with a fast, restful and direct route. Lumo’s comfortable seating will ensure extra legroom for the six-foot plus players on their journeys.

On Friday 9^th February the train company will sponsor the Eagles for their game against East Kilbride’s Caledonia Gladiators.

Offering services between Edinburgh and London, Lumo has already provided comfortable travel for the Eagles players as part of the collaboration and has further journeys arranged for the players this season.

The partnership will also see Lumo feature as a key sponsor at some of the Eagles’ games in their Vertu Motors Arena home on Scotswood Road, as well as feature across the social channels of the all-time most successful British basketball club.
