During times of disruption Lumo may aim to arrange for your Lumo tickets to be accepted fee free on alternative travel with other operators. Although this may not always be possible dependant on the day and disruption type, please see the possible alternative routes that we may arrange to help you get to your destination.
Should any disruption be encountered on the day, please check our Lumo live train information, message our Social Media team @lumoTravel or visit the National Rail website, where you’ll be able to find the customer alternative travel arrangements, as not all the alternative routes will be available for Lumo ticket holders to travel fee free.
