And other ways to travel with Lumo

E-Tickets

Tickets are available as an e-ticket in our app, LumoGo. As soon as you complete your purchase through the app or our website, tickets will automatically be delivered to your wallet in LumoGo. Just make sure your phone is charged and you’ve checked your ticket before joining the train – you may need the barcode for the barriers at the station and our Ambassadors on board will need to scan it on board the train.

If you download LumoGo, you’ll also get easy access to onboard entertainment and any journey alerts –all in one place.


Other ways to get your tickets

Don't worry if you don't have the app on your phone (although, we think it's pretty cool if you do). You will receive an E-Ticket attachment along with your booking confirmation email and this is totally valid for travel. Simply download the ticket before you travel and have it ready to scan at the barrier or by one of our Ambassadors.

If you don’t have a smartphone, you can collect your ticket at the station from any of the ticket machines, but please make sure you leave enough time in case of any queues as you won’t be able to board the train without your tickets.  Hold on to any paper tickets carefully, as they can’t be replaced if you lose them.
